Subdivisions

In order to prepare for the growth of Murray, any property subdivided within 4 miles of the center of the City of Murray
corporate limits (intersection of
U.S. 641 and KY 94) must meet the 1971 City of Murray Subdivision Regulations
and must be approved by the Planning Commission prior to recording the plat in the
Calloway County Courthouse. The
Subdivision Regulations address street, drainage, parking and plat requirements.
Four copies signed by the owner must be brought to the Planning & Engineering
Office in Murray City Hall.
