Parking Enforcement Hearing Board
To conduct hearings pursuant to KRS 82.605 to 82.640, with respect to parking violations and impoundment of vehicles resulting from parking violations.

The membership of the Parking Enforcement Hearing Board shall consist of the following:
One (1) member shall be a supervisor within the Murray Police Department.
One (1) shall be a resident of the City of Murray, who is preferably a graduate of the Citizens Police Academy (see below)
(B) Two (2) city residents shall be appointed. One shall be appointed as the primary member for a period of three (3) years and the other shall be appointed for a period of two (2) years as an alternate member to serve in the primary member's absence. Resident members shall be compensated at a rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per meeting.
And one (1) member shall be a supervisor within the Murray Street Department.
Members of the Parking Enforcement Hearing Board shall be appointed by the executive authority of the City, subject to the approval of the legislative body.
