Title III, Chapter 32, section 32.01, portion of City of Murray Code, Ordinance 319:

ESTABLISHMENT OF AIRPORT

(A) The City of Murray and Calloway County join together for the purpose of establishing, constructing, creating, and operating an airport pursuant to the provisions of KRS Chapter 183.

(B) The County Judge shall appoint three members of the Airport Board, and the mayor shall appoint three members, all to serve for terms of three years. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment by the County Judge or Mayor as appropriate.
