Upgrades to the Bee Creek Water Resource Reclaimation Plant
After several years of preparation, the City of Murray has finally broke ground on the project to improve its Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City has been working with GRW Engineering firm for the last four years to plan the upgrades to the Bee Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, which are needed to meet Environmental Protection Agency regulations. Cobra Industrial Services, Inc. was hired as the contractor for the project after submitting a bid of $45,138,000. The construction is scheduled to last 40 months.
The City of Murray wants to keep the citizens up-to-date on the progress of the project. Below are pictures that will be updated as progress continues.
