Natural Gas

$375 in the city limits
$500 in the county
$15 connect fee

Prices are for 100 feet of service and 100 feet of main; anything over 100 feet is $3 per foot extra.

Sanitary Sewer

$650 in the city limits
$900 in the county

For multi-unit buildings an extra charge of:
$250 for each additional unit within the same structure in the city limits
$350 for each additional unit within the same structure in the county

Note:  In the event the cost to the city exceeds tap-on fees (water and/or sewer), a determination of the actual cost shall be made by the Director of Public Works and such cost shall be the responsibility of the water and sewer systems.

Stormwater

Residential Flat Fee:  $1.50 per single family dwelling (1 ERU) per month, and $1.50 per dwelling up to 5 dwellings per property.

Commercial:  Billed based on square footage measurement at $1.50 per ERU, + $1.00 per ERU for additional area over and above 60,000 sq ft.

Water

¾” meter $500 in the city limits
1” meter $600 in the city limits
1½" meter $1,000 in the city limits
2" meter $1,350 in the city limits

¾” meter $650 in the county
1” meter $850 in the county
1½" meter $1,400 in the county
2" meter $2,000 in the county

$15 connect fee.  Any tap size larger than 2" will be billed at cost.
